P/A Institute is an independent research organization. The central research programme studies the generation of entities, observational capacities, concepts, institutions, intelligence, and power through heterogeneous configurations. This work crosses philosophy of science, metaphysics, epistemology, AI philosophy, philosophy of technology, biological intelligence, social and political theory, and ecological analysis — applying Total-Relational Configuration-Generative Theory (TCGOT) across these domains without reducing them to a single master framework.

Naoto Fujie is an independent researcher based in Tokyo. He is the founder of P/A Institute and director of Plato Design. His work studies how differences, states, transitions, dependencies, and configurations generate, maintain, transform, and terminate — across AI systems, biological intelligence, capital, institutions, science, ecology, and technosphere archaeology — without presupposing a fixed analytical center.

The research begins from a weaker operative vocabulary: difference, state, transition, action, dependency, configuration, relation, resource, history, time, scale, boundary, address, access, maintenance, stoppage, re-entry, reconnection. Analytical categories such as human, AI, life, subject, institution, or capital are introduced only where necessary conditions are satisfied.

The methodological architecture is the Ziran System — a distributed research architecture that conditionally fires, stops, disconnects, reconnects, and revises the operative systems for observation, analysis, experiment, and intervention. Cross-domain methods include Hyperflat Distributed Mutual Audit, Conceptual Physical Shape Theory, Address-Analytic Domain Physics, and Configuration Analysis C(t, s, b) with mandatory boundary audit.

Philosophy — its concept-generation, reasoning, evaluation, description, institutional reproduction, publication, education, and research practices — is included in the audit field. The conditions of philosophy's own operation, dependency, and reproduction are not exempted from analysis.
