Xeno Ziran Simulator
Interactive Operational-Shape Simulation
The Xeno Ziran Simulator is a computational environment for investigating operational-shape transitions, configuration-dependent ignition, historical re-entry, and cross-domain propagation within the Ziran System research architecture.
The public Vercel deployment is a read-only research-result viewer. It presents the machine-readable results of experiment runs and does not run simulation in the browser. The interactive simulation (configure scenarios, intervene, run, rewind, compare branches) requires the local backend server and is not available at this URL. See the deployment page for the distinction.

Xeno Ziran Simulator — Browser Edition
The Browser Edition runs the Xeno Ziran Simulator directly in the browser using Pyodide (Python 3.14.2 / Pyodide 314.0.7). It does not require a local backend server. The simulation engine executes in a browser WebAssembly context.
The Browser Edition is deployed at ziran-xeno-simulator.vercel.app/app/ (PR #3, branch deploy/site-lab-m8-browser-edition). It is a separate deployment path from the read-only research-result views and from the full simulator (local backend). Feature parity and data formats may differ.
The following views are confirmed present in the public Vercel deployment. Each reads machine-readable result files produced by experiment runs and presents them as generated. Nothing is simulated in the browser.
A null result in any view means “no difference detected above the stated noise floor at that resolution and time window” — not that no difference exists. This is kept distinct from a condition not measured, an apparatus mismatch, a scale incompatibility, and a difference present but inaccessible to the observation used.
Interactive Simulation — Not Available on Public Deployment
The full simulator runs against a local backend server. The interactive capabilities include: configure a scenario, intervene using the practice console and intervention grammar, run, step, rewind, compare baseline and intervention branches, inspect network, shape-space, address-space, map and globe projections, and the timeline, and save, load, and export results.

Four Levels
The simulator does not exhaustively implement the Ziran System theoretical architecture. The following four-level framework distinguishes what has been implemented from what remains theoretical.
Theoretical Operation
An operation defined within the Ziran System research architecture. Its conditions, transitions, and consequences are specified at the level of theory. Whether an implementation exists is a separate question.
Implemented Operation
An operation explicitly supported by the current simulator code. Its behavior in the simulation can be inspected and tested against the theoretical specification.
Computational Approximation
A numerical or algorithmic approximation of a theoretical relation. The approximation may simplify assumptions, discretize continuous processes, or use fixed time steps that do not correspond to physical or historical time.
Unimplemented Research Direction
An operation that remains theoretical or has not yet been incorporated into the simulator. Listed here to mark the boundary between the theoretical architecture and its current implementation.
The Xeno Ziran Simulator implementation is open on GitHub.
