    The Minimal Living Thinking Agent: A Research Proposal for Self-Growing Bio-Artificial Intelligence

    Investigates the minimal configuration in which learning, memory, adaptive self-maintenance, endogenous state change, and potentially thought-like processes could emerge within a self-growing bio-artificial system. The research question is not simply whether biological AI can become conscious, but which minimal configuration and generative interval would justify the transition from matter or biological activity to learning entity, cognitive entity, thinking entity, or subject. Connects to organoid computing, non-database intelligence, self-growing systems, minimal cognition, artificial life, and embodied and enactive cognition.

    After Scientific Realism and the Human

    Argues that scientific realism must explain, before asking what in the world is real, what has become scientifically observable through which configuration. Proposes that the basic unit of scientific realism should be the temporally dependent total-relational configuration that generates scientific observability, rather than theory, object, structure, phenomenon, or perspective.

    Power Does Not Disappear After Human Extinction

    Argues that power, defined as differential control over configuration transitions, does not require human agency, intention, or presence. Analyzes configurations of resource concentration, computational concentration, control, access, maintenance, reproduction, and stopping capacity that persist beyond the presence of human operators.

    The Marx Machine II: The Persistence Rate of Partial Victory in Ecosystems

Investigates how classical categories of labor, value, and surplus undergo transformation when machines increasingly maintain, coordinate, and reproduce other machines.
