Ziran Observable-Intervenable Transparent Physical Computing Substrate: Making Internal Observability a First-Class Design Requirement for AI
Abstract
This paper proposes the Ziran Observable-Intervenable Transparent Physical Computing Substrate (ZOITPCS) as a design framework in which internal observability is treated as a first-class requirement for AI systems. The paper argues that current AI architectures structurally resist intervention and audit, and proposes architectural modifications that would make inferential processes physically observable and intervenable.
